G-Fest 2 is a MASSIVE showcase of the best of Grantham's vibrant music scene.
 
The centrepiece of a whole weekend of music will be a concert in the Guildhall Ballroom on the Saturday headlined by Grantham's own J'Amy Winehouse - a tribute to singer Amy Winehouse.  Singer Kelly Borkertas recreates the look, sound and attitude of Amy Winehouse with her brilliant act. 
 
Also on the line-up so far are Grantham bands Unknown Stuntman and Jasper Cain.  Up-and-coming singer/songwriter Alex Cornish will also make a special guest appearance.
 
Free Music!
In addition to the concert, G:Fest 2 acoustic sessions will be taking place in the George Shopping Centre during the day on Saturday where shoppers will be able to enjoy some of Grantham's best music completely free.  The weekend will then come to a close with more acoustic music at the Eden Wine Bar, Market Place, Grantham, on the evening of Sunday,
September 7.
 
G:Fest 2, is organised by the Journal in association with the Guildhall Arts Centre, PX Productions and the George Shopping Centre.
