We’ve got a packed out summer season for you this year with more variety than ever before.

Music lovers have a real mix of shows to choose from. We’ve got a packed weekend of folk music from some of the best acts on the international circuit including Allan Taylor and hot new act this year Rachel Unthank and the Winterset.

The Charleston Chasers are back performing vintage music from the roaring twenties and thirties and legendary cockney duo Chas and Dave perform great songs with a warm affection for all things English.

All the way from Zimbabwe we’ve got Albert Nyathi & Imbongi performing highly charged African music, dance and song.

Comedy fans can enjoy the world's only stand up chameleon Phil Cool - he’s armed with a controllable rubber face and he's not afraid to use it and those who enjoy dance will be treated to a mix of new and old from Ballet Central including favourites from Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker.

Harry Potter fans can experience all JK Rowling’s books and a generous helping of Hogwarts magic in just 60 minutes in Potted Potter and for drama fans, Michael Friend Productions presents Oscar Wilde’s much loved comedy of manners, The Importance of Being Earnest.
There’s plenty of family fun on offer too this season with Springs Dance Company telling stories through dance in double-bill for children aged three to nine and an inventive storyteller and a genius scientist bring us their fantastic and contradictory versions of how certain animals came to be in Tall Stories’
How the Giraffe Got its Neck.

For adventure junkies there’s The Hazardous Life of Benedict Allen where the man himself reveals how he has stayed alive over 20 years of living dangerously and for antiques fans, the Antiques Roadshow’s Eric Knowles gives you the chance to find out if the family heirlooms are hidden treasures in Antique Antics.

There's so much, I can't do it justice here, so go to Book and Browse for a full programme list - you won't be disappointed!
