Room Hire at the Guildhall

The impressive Victorian clock tower of the Guildhall Arts Centre on St Peter’s Hill, right in the centre of town, serves as an obvious point of reference to anyone visiting the centre.

Well situated and easy to find, this venue offers a range of facilities to accommodate a variety of activities including performances, conferences, seminars, presentations, meetings, workshops, receptions and parties.

The facilities and rooms that we hire out are Studio 4, Gallery, Ballroom & Theatre.  We also have some small meeting rooms for 4-8 people, ask for more details.

Anyone interested in booking a room is welcome to view the spaces by appointment.

Buffet lunches are available from our in-house café from just £3.00 a head and there is a professional kitchen and a range of support equipment available for hire.
The venue is accessible to wheelchair users with a lift to the first and second floors and has disabled facilities. Anyone requiring assistance should inform the venue prior to the visit and we will be more than happy to help.
