Keen to boost his career, fading Hollywood action hero 'Jefferson Steele' arrives to play 'King Lear' in Stratford, only to find that things are not what he expected! His destination is not Warwickshire, but a village in Suffolk.

As the opposite ends of the acting world collide Jefferson's career implodes as he discovers truths about himself – along with his inner Lear!
