Following their applauded musical production of 9to5 last June and their sensational production of The Full Monty at The Cresset Theatre last November their next production - “Killing Thyme” is a murder mystery event and will be performed at Bourne Corn Exchange Friday 6th and Saturday 7th September. The evening promises to be a sleuth’s delight and a chance to test your detective skills, whilst enjoying a highly entertaining show. The action for “Killing Thyme” takes place during the 1947 Killington Annual Village Fete and Vegetable Show which is being held in the grounds of Rothersfield Hall. The prestigious top prize in the vegetable tent is always fiercely contended and this year, with the addition of a handsome cash prize for the winner, competition is intense. There are squabbles over spinach, arguments over artichokes and tantrums over turnips, but is anyone in the green-fingered elite capable of being a cold-blooded murderer? Moody and Sullen investigate. This fund-raising event is being held to help raise funds for their spectacular 2020 musical production celebrating their 115th year! With a licensed bar and prize raffle you are guaranteed a fun-filled evening whilst supporting this cherished and well-loved part of Stamford’s history. Unreserved cabaret table seating.
