Christmas 2026, you’re invited to the pantomime of your dreams – SLEEPING BEAUTY, at the Guildhall Arts Centre, Grantham.

Once upon a time in a Pantoland far, far away, a beautiful princess is cursed by the evil Carabosse to perish on her 18th birthday by pricking her finger on a spinning wheel. Thanks to Fairy Nuff, Sleeping Beauty falls into a deep sleep that can only be broken by her one true love. Will the handsome Prince come to her rescue, fight the dragon, destroy Carabosse, and save the day? Will the hilarious Nanny Nora finally find the man of her dreams and will Chester the Jester find his own super powers to protect the Princess? There’s only one way to find out...

Relaxed Performance - Saturday 12th December 10:30am

Our relaxed performance is intended specifically to be sensitive to, and accepting of, audience members who may benefit from a more relaxed environment, including (but not limited to) those with autistic spectrum conditions, people living with dementia, parents with very young children on their first trip to the theatre, anyone with sensory and communication disorders, or people with learning disabilities.

BSL (British Sign Language) Interpreted Performance - Saturday 2nd January 10:30am

Our BSL performance will be no different to the other performances apart from the friendly BSL interpreter located in the corner at the front of the auditorium.

Wheelchair Spaces

To book a wheelchair space, please call the box office directly. For the pantomime these are at the front of the theatre. Wheelchair spaces cannot be booked online.

Schools Performances

These performances are held for school bookings. If you would like your school to come, get them to give us a call on 01476 406158 or email box office. Schools tickets are £9 each, with every 11th ticket free!

RE-SALES and REFUNDS

If your preferred show looks like it's sold out, try the box office! We may have had some returns that we can offer you. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. If the show is sold out, we will try and sell the tickets on and credit your Guildhall Arts Centre account.

Babes in Arms Tickets

Please contact the box office directly to purchase a lap ticket for babies aged 2 and under. These are £1 each and only one lap ticket is available per adult.
