'The Thrill of Love', is a gripping play which dramatises the true story of Ruth Ellis, the last woman to be hanged in Britain. It takes a fresh look at the woman behind the headlines. Was she judged harshly because she was a certain type of woman in a man's world of the 1950's?

The play has laughter and tears as it tells a story which still resonates sixty years on. It may be a crime drama, but the mystery remains: do we really know who Ruth Ellis was? Did she?
